No. Indigo Lake will serve as the community's fun, interactive, year-round water attraction. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, trails, picnic spaces, and a full-access dock. 

Indigo will be a community of approximately 800 households, including 150 apartments. Homes are currently selling in Section 1 and 2 of the community. 

Indigo's model homes are open daily for visitors.

Indigo Commons is Indigo's neighborhood retail destination, with shops, dining, and gathering spaces continuing to take shape. 

Della Coffee & Wine is now open, offering coffee, wine, food, locally sourced goods, and seasonal produce grown at Indigo Farm. Additional businesses will continue to join Indigo Commons as the community grows. 

Indigo is not a gated community, and visitors are welcome to tour and explore the community. 

Indigo's current estimated property tax rate is approximately 2.9789%. Tax rates are subject to change, please check with your builder representative for the latest information. 

The residential association assessment is $142 per month, which supports the maintenance of shared community spaces, including trails, landscaping, and amenities, as well as the association's administrative operations. 

Some home types have additional monthly assessments:

• Cottages: An additional $70 neighborhood assessment covers landscaping and irrigation maintenance around each cottage.

• Townhomes: An additional $255 assessment covers structural insurance, exterior maintenance, and surrounding landscaping.

The Envoy car-share program is also included in the residential association budget.

The Indigo Foundation helps foster an inclusive, connected community by supporting programs, activities, and services that reflect the diverse interests of Indigo residents.

Section 2 features a variety of home offerings from Autograph Homes, AR Luxury Homes and Empire Homes.

Autograph Homes offers single-family homes on 40' homesites as well as its trio collection. AR Luxury Homes offers semi-custom homes on 85' homesites, and Empire Homes offers single-family homes on 50' homesites.
