Our single-family homes, cottages, townhomes, duets (our take on duplexes), and clusters come in a variety of architectural styles and yard sizes, which range from playdates-and-heirloom-tomatoes large to easier and more modest. For our debut, these home types are built by three of Texas' top homebuilders: David Weekley Homes, Empire Communities, and Highland Homes.

Our single-family homes are detached (in the architectural, not emotional, sense). That means no shared walls or driveways.
Close + Cozy
Cottages
An intimately-sized home in a single-family package. There are no garages.
A stone's throw
Townhomes
An urban feel is embodied in a classic townhome, which is three stories. They might have multiple shared walls, but no shared driveway.
A bit more breathing room
Duets
Our duplexes maximize space, with connected pairs of homes. There’s just one shared wall.

Clusters
A quartet of homes perfectly grouped together and share one drive lane. No shared walls.
